In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 (transposition of European Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on Whistleblowing), Micoperi has adopted an IT procedure to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of the Whistleblower’s identity.
Micoperi, in order to fully implement the regulations on the protection of whistleblowers who report wrongdoing, has drawn up a specific procedure and privacy policy to provide clear operational indications on the subject, contents, recipients and methods of transmission of reports, as well as on the forms of protection offered to them in our system.

In ottemperanza al Decreto Legislativo 10 marzo 2023 n. 24 (recepimento della Direttiva europea 2019/1937 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 23 ottobre 2019 in materia di Whistleblowing), Micoperi ha adottato una procedura informatica atta ad di assicurare la tutela della riservatezza dell’identità del Segnalante.
Micoperi, per dare piena attuazione alla disciplina in materia di tutela del Whistleblower che segnala illeciti, ha predisposto apposita procedura e informativa privacy per fornire chiare indicazioni operative circa oggetto, contenuti, destinatari e modalità di trasmissione delle segnalazioni, nonché circa le forme di tutela che gli vengono offerte nel nostro ordinamento.
