Information on processing of personal data - Customers
In implementation of the new EU regulation n. 679/2016 we inform you that:
1) the data controller is MICOPERI S.p.A., based in Via Trieste n. 279 – 48122 Ravenna –

2) the above-mentioned Regulation foresees a series of obligations for who perform “treatments” (that is to say collection, recording, processing, storage, communication) of personal data related to other subjects.
3) the processing of your personal data that we hold or that will be required or communicated by you or by third parties is performed in execution of:
- legal obligations – (for example invoicing, mandatory entries and accounting records);
- contractual obligations – (for example supply/sales relationships, professional mandate, inspections) as well as related changes and additions;
4) the processing will take place with manual and/or automated systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, with working logic strictly related to the purposes and based on the data in our possession. However, you should commit to promptly notify us if there have been any corrections, additions and/or updates;
5) your data can be communicated (this is a complete list, but not exhaustive one):
- to the holding companies, to the following public and private companies, also after inspections necessary to check the correct performance of the activity or for references (Judicial Authorities, Tax Police, Ministerial authorities in Italy and abroad);
- to subjects who can access your data under legal provisions or (under) secondary, community or international legislation;
6) your personal data are stored with diligence and accuracy for the duration of the project and for the decommissioning;
7) Your conferment of the above-mentioned data is compulsory because they are necessary for the execution of the contract and for contractual obligations; the purpose of the processing is identified in the correct management of the contractual relationship;
- Accordingly, in case of your refusal to provide data or to allow their treatment or their communication, it may derive:
- the impossibility to establish or continue the relationship, or to carry out certain operations (if data are necessary for the execution of these relationship or operation);
- the impossibility of carrying out some operations that require the communication of data to parties functionally connected to the execution of the same operations;
- failure to communicate data to subjects who perform other activities, not functionally related to the execution of the relationship;
8) In relation to the aforementioned processing and related to data in our archives, you could exercise the rights referred to EU Regulation 2016/679.
In order to exercise your rights you can contact the Company by phone, mail, fax or e-mail using the contacts indicated at the top of this statement.
9) Pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, lett. d), if you find a violation of your rights, or for matters relating to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge complaint with the competent Authority.

- to subjects who can access your data under legal provisions;
6) your personal data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the issuance of the invoice or from the expiry of the contract; contact details will be retained until the contractual relationship is in place;
7) Your conferment of the above-mentioned data is compulsory because they are necessary for the execution of the contract and for contractual obligations; the purpose of the processing is identified in the correct management of the contractual relationship.
Accordingly, in case of your refusal to provide data or to allow their treatment or their communication, it may follows:
- the impossibility to establish or continue the relationship, or to carry out certain operations (if data are necessary for the execution of these relationship or operation);
- the impossibility of carrying out some operations that require the communication of data to parties functionally connected to the execution of the same operations;
- failure to communicate data to subjects who perform other activities, not functionally related to the execution of the relationship.
